I called to get an alignment on my truck and was told they could do it. When I went up there and pulled it in and onto the rack, they then informed me that they couldn’t do it bc it’s a 3500 and their lift couldn’t lift it! Thanks so much for wasting my time and fuel. Maybe ask a couple questions when a customer calls. I wouldn’t have this shop change the oil in my push mower.

Went to get help for low tire pressure. Jared carefully and thoroughly checked my rear wheel and found a nail. He told me honestly that it needs to be checked by a tire shop but went ahead and get air to the tire to get me going for no charge. Great service, excellent communication, genuine smile, would highly recommend to anyone.

Quick diagnosis. Fast service. Manager Curtis has been having significant health issues. He has been in and out of the hospital since December with his most recent trip to the heart unit. Please have patience with the employees at the shop and a little bit of grace with the pace. Thanks for all you do Anderson Automotive you've been great.

Great service and very honest you don’t find that everyday especially from a garage I will definitely use them again if I’m ever in need of a mechanic.

Curtis and his staff were a life saver today. One of our fleet vehicles had a flat about a quarter mile on the highway and they not only got us back up and running in 15min they drove us back to our abandoned truck.
