2018 Rav4 These guys are great. Not only were they open to performing the maintenance that I needed using parts I purchased but they did it expeditiously. Scheduling was awesome. My parts did not originally come in as I had anticipated it, but they were able to flex and accommodate me And get me in which was hugly helpful. Quality and workmanship excellent, the suspension on my vehicle was showing signs of needing repair, And they took care of it like pros. Extremely reasonably priced, but not shoddy service. That is very unique and definitely of value I highly recommend, and we'll be using them for my current and future vehicles. If I could give ten stars, they would get them.

I’m just a girl, I’ve felt taken advantage of by auto service places.. but Rapid is a different story. They have a welcoming environment with an honest team who will answer any questions and concerns you may have without just trying to sell you something. Even with a packed shop they got my car taken care of quickly. I couldn’t recommend them enough!

We brought our vehicle in here for a second opinion after receiving a quote from a reputable dealership that we normally go to. Hands down, Rapid was the best when it came to customer service, time, and they beat the price by over $2600. If you ever have any issues with your vehicle, we couldn’t recommend a better place to go to. We will absolutely be back here for all of our future vehicle repairs when/if needed.

Working in OKC area had issues with a blinking engine light. Called several places to get car looked at. Rapid auto may not be the cheapest. But I will say they are the most honest and did a great job on my 2005 Lincoln navigator. You can go with the cheapest, if you like. But I wouldn't recommend it. Rapid is the place to go.

Very honest! Highly recommended by friends, and I waited a month to give this review. Stephen the owner was correct on my SUV’s check engine light code for a cylinder misfire. He said I don’t have any repair due. He could have made a lot of money off of me for a BIG repair, but after running a full diagnostic, he felt my engine fully checked out, said just keep driving it, see how it goes, and some makes throw codes very easily. Sure enough the check engine light came on once, then 2 days later disappeared for weeks now. Another shop recommended a $12k new engine. Of course we all agree I may need repairs later but I’m super grateful for the honesty and integrity. I'll be coming back.
