Automotive Repairs and Maintenance

First time I've been to a shop where they warrantee parts and labor... Other shops ... I've had work done only covers parts under warranty but not labor so when I've got bad part I've had to pay another labor fee on parts the shops install... This shop covers it all in 3 year warranty for parts and labor... They was Honest on prices and very friendly environment and very fast and getting vehicles in and out ... This is the best shop in oklahoma I've been to and now its my go to shop... I will be returning for future vehicle issues and will be tell friends and family about this shop ... I normally don't write reviews but i was impressed with this shop ...

Tim & the crew at ARM on Sunnylane are real pros. Saturday is just like any other day to this business. They turned around a complete AC switch for me in a matter of hours. Super cool & clean place with a waiting room that has food, games, massage chairs & NETFLIX! I felt like they knew me by the time I left. If you're looking for transparency about your repair at a price that you'll love, this is your place. Too bad Tim is taking his talents to Tulsa to open up another ARM of the company. I'm sure Sunnylane will still be in good hands. Thanks guys, you've gained a loyal customer.

The owner is very combative vocally. He is very difficult to deal with and not customer friendly. I have went to this shop on 3 different occasions with primarily the same problem leaking oil from underneath the truck. Granted there were different reasons for the oil leak but usually a good mechanic can determine the issues associated with the leak without having a customer comeback repeatedly for virtually the same problem. That's what's called being proactive and quality inspection. There's a service charge of approximately $28 when using debt card or credit so if given a quote on your charges add on the service charge he will not notify until you pay! To date I have paid $8…

I have taken 3 different vehicles here for many reasons in the past 2-3 years. Tim and all the guys have always been so nice and have gone out of their way to help me with everything. I trust them so much and have recommended them to my friends and family!

Small family owned business. Incredibly kind, honest, and reliable people. As a woman I am weary of mechanics because I’ve been ripped off in the past but these guys were amazing! I broke down on the way to work and got a tow to them. They were able to get me fixed up in a few hours at a very fair price. I recommend this shop to everyone! I am thrilled with the work and the service. I will absolutely be using them for all my auto repair needs in the future.
