I'd used James a couple of years ago for maintenance/repair of an older Hyundai Elantra. Long story short, he was very honest about some of the challenges with the car (car was Canadian, and winters had left their mark on her), performed the work he could, and had super reasonable prices. When my (sometimes overly enthusiastic/impulsive) partner found the used vehicle he wanted, I wanted to make sure the van had no major problems. Despite only using Pro AM once or twice over 2 years ago, James got us in same day for a very reasonably priced inspection, letting us buy with confidence. Good work, excellent honest communication, and great prices.

They quickly pinpointed where our Jeep Renegade was leaking oil and fixed the problem. Gave us peace of mind for our long road trip. Thank you!

I was on my 3rd shop trying to get my master cylinder replaced in my GX470. Penn Automotive could not take a look but they were very quick to recommend James @ Pro-AM Garage. My GX470 isn't pretty and is used for driving off road but I was thankful that the crew at Pro-AM resolved my original issues with my brakes and also helped me with a couple of other issues that I've been having with it that has been making it difficult to drive. They spent the time and really cared about doing it right. One would think that when you tell an owner you chose them because of their great reviews and wanting someone who was dependable and honest they would go out of their way to provide excellent service and be there when making an appt. I had an appt this last Monday to repair my gear shift which was stuck in park, to which owner did not show up. Texted him to enquire if he was on his way, waited 15 mins, he finally responded to say he would be late and that he still had to pick up the part, which he had a week to get.
