Got me in quick and fixed it right up super fast. Nice guys, would recommend anyone needing a mechanic!

Showed up and he said he was booked out for 2 weeks and probably couldn’t help us which is completely understandable. Definitely need an appointment (again, totally understandable). But then I asked for any recommendations for any reputable shops that he has good relations with to which he replied, “a doctor wouldn’t recommend any other docs if a patient asked for a competitor.” Well I’ll tell you I’m a physician and I would easily recommend a patient — that I was unable to help — to another doctor to get the help they need with no questions asked. Maybe a good mechanic but questionable character.

I am SO thankful for Herman and Bill! You have a loyal customer for life! Sorry if this is long but these two awesome men have no idea how much they truly helped today, & I need to share! I just had the best car repair experience! It did take a couple of days to get my car in, but once there Herman was so lovely and helpful. They called me within an hour and a half of dropping off my car, explained that what was needed was my worst fear (eek!) and then proceeded to get it done in fewer than 4 hours (in previous experience with this same repair it has taken several days to get it back). AND it cost literally one third of what it cost me previously elsewhere. I was ecstatic! They also COMPLETELY steam cleaned my entire engine (after a funny conversation I had with them when dropping it off apologizing for how dirty it was under the hood according to my dad). Picked up the c…
