Caliber Collision

Excellent work at Caliber on Kramer Blvd. Kept me informed, handled my pick and drop off of my rental during the repair and worked to get back ordered parts quicker by using an extended network instead of just saying it’s back ordered we can’t do anything about it. Do above and beyond what they had to do which is great customer service in my book

This is the go to shop! From beginning to end, Traci and Raunel took care of me like family! I never asked 1 question about my car! In fact I received timely updates and I got in and out fast and my care was detailed and gorgeous! Visit this location for all of your needs!

A great job on my car. Would recommend. They missed a spot but we're very professional and took care of it the same day.

High quality repairs. After the repair didn't notice the difference with new and repaired area. Perfect planning and delivery schedule. User friendly staff. Initially I didn't expect that Caliber Collision would be so good but after getting my car repaired I'm very satisfied with there regular updates and timings.

I had a great experience at the Caliber Collision on Kramer Lane. They worked with my insurance so that it was a seamless process, kept me informed of how the repairs were going, used genuine parts, and made my car look good as new. They even worked with the rental car company to make arrangements for my rental car pick up and drop off. I especially appreciated Dayton’s great customer service. I would definitely recommend this location for auto repair services.
