The folks here are great! They’re very knowledgeable and have a great attention to detail. They send a report and have you select the repairs you want made and will work with you on payments. They have worked on both of my cars and done fabulous work each time. I wouldn’t trust my cars anywhere else. They are located in a very convenient location and it’s easy to get to from the highway. If I could give them more stars, I would.

Engine light came on half way home. Car Max sent me over to Consider it fixed. They had it diagnosised same day, estimated time given, and they got to work. I needed an Oil pump and it was no easy job!! They got it done quick and had me back on the road to home on time. They were kind, compassionate, and have the upmost integrity. Its very hard to find good automotive shops that truly care about their customers. Mark was easy to work with, explained everything to me, and did a great job! Thank you for helping an out of town family to get back on the road.. highly recommend!

I called Mark about servicing my brakes because they were making an that awful noise when the pads need to be changed. 30 minutes later I was at his shop and he had it up on a lift looking at the car to determine what it was gonna need. I got lifetime warranty brake pads and new front rotors at a more affordable price than the competitors and had me out the door sooner then the other auto repair shops said they could. He was very professional and thorough in his work but welcoming and down to earth easy to talk to. My VW Golf stops on a dime and brakes like the day I drive it off the lot. The best measure of an auto mechanic's ethics is whether they take good care of out-of-town customers. Not only did Mark take good care of my vehicle when it was 900 miles from home and being driven by my 21-year-old daughter, but he also told me the truth and saved me a bundle of money. He could have easily charged me a $1,600 repair bill, but instead, he was honest with me and saved us a bunch of money. If I lived in OKC, I would take all my vehicles to Consider It Fixed.
